Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

2. The Website offers the following subscription tiers:

   • Basic (Free): Free forever. Provides access to browse profiles but includes no contact views, interest sends, or photo requests.
   • Silver: Rs. 1,000 for 6 months — 10 contact views, 20 interest sends, 10 photo requests
   • Gold: Rs. 2,000 for 6 months — 20 contact views, 35 interest sends, 20 photo requests
   • Platinum: Rs. 5,000 for 6 months — 50 contact views, 70 interest sends, 50 photo requests

   All paid subscriptions are 6-month plans billed as a one-time payment. Online payments are made via direct UPI transfer. Offline payment modes (bank transfer, cash) may be available upon request. See the Pricing page for full details.

3. Subscription Expiry

4. Paid subscriptions have a fixed 6-month duration from the date of purchase. When a subscription expires:

   • Your account automatically reverts to the free Basic plan
   • You lose access to paid features (contact views, interest sends, photo requests)
   • Your profile remains active and visible to other users
   • You can repurchase a plan at any time to restore paid features

   There is no auto-renewal. You must manually repurchase a plan after expiry if you wish to continue using paid features.

5. Account Deletion

6. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings > Danger Zone section. Upon deletion:

   • Your subscription is terminated immediately along with your account
   • No refund is issued for any remaining subscription period
   • Your profile and data are permanently removed from our active systems

   Account deletion is irreversible. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention after deletion.

7. Refund Eligibility

8. Refund requests are handled manually on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

   • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error
   • Payment Failure: If your payment was debited from your UPI account but your subscription was not activated due to a system error
   • Service Not Delivered: If you were unable to access any paid features due to a technical issue on our end that could not be resolved within 7 days

9. Non-Refundable Situations

10. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

    • Change of mind after purchasing a subscription
    • Partial usage of the subscription period
    • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
    • Failure to find a suitable match (matrimony outcomes are not guaranteed)
    • Requests made after the subscription period has expired

11. How to Request a Refund

12. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date with the following information:

    • Your registered email address
    • UPI transaction reference number (UTR)
    • Date and amount of payment
    • Reason for the refund request

14. • Refund requests are reviewed manually by our team
    • We will acknowledge your request and respond with a decision
    • If approved, refunds are processed via UPI reverse transfer or bank transfer, at our discretion
    • Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank
    • You will be notified via email once a refund has been processed

15. Changes to This Policy

16. We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes do not apply retroactively to subscriptions purchased before the update.
